The aluminium profiles are powder-coated for excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting finish. Fasteners are uncoated, allowing easy maintenance or replacement when required.
Base Structure
Posts can be installed on either a concrete, timber or steelbase structure.
Installation Method
Posts may be mounted either from the side or from the top.
Concrete Base Requirements
The concrete must meet a minimum class of C25/30 according to EN 206 standard. The minimum concrete thickness is 160 mm, and the anchor embedment depth must be at least 200 mm. HILTI HSA-R M12×145 mm anchors are used for fixing, with one anchor per post.
Timber Structure Requirements
The timber structure must have a minimum height of 180 mm. The timber plate has a total thickness of 90 mm. Installation uses a Rothoblaas HBS PLATE EVO fastening kit measuring 10×140 mm (3 pieces) together with A4 M12 washers (3 pieces per post).

The railing system arrives in wooden pallet designed specifically for safe transportation. Each component is individually secured and separated within the crate to minimize movement and protect against damage during shipping. Proper securing of all packages during transport is essential to prevent load shifting and potential harm to the products.
