The A-LINE BODO is an aluminium railing system featuring vertical pickets (20×20 mm) mounted on horizontal aluminium profiles (34×29 mm). The railing is side- or  top-mounted to the structure, offering a clean and modern appearance while maintaining excellent strength and durability.

All aluminium components are powder-coated for long-lasting corrosion protection, while the fasteners remain uncoated for serviceability. The system is ideal for balconies, terraces, and public areas where both safety and design are essential.

  • Posts: Aluminium EN-AW 6005A-T6.

  • Handrail (51×43 mm): Aluminium EN-AW 6063-T66.

  • Anchors: Acid-resistant stainless steel A4.

  • Screws: Stainless steel EVO coating, category C4.

  • Mounting brackets: Carbon steel with Ruspert coating C3.

  • Profiles and posts: Powder-coated (RAL colour range).
  • Corner caps: Powder-coated (RAL colours).

  • Fasteners: Uncoated.

  • Compliance standards: EN 1991-1-1, EN 1999-1-1, EN 1990

  • Post bending resistance: Rd = 2.15 kNm

  • Pendulum impact resistance: 2(B)2 (EN 12600:2002)
