The F-Line Gotland is a slim and elegant aluminium railing system designed to be mounted directly onto window frames.

The system features a protective safety glass element supported by 25×37 mm aluminium profiles, creating a lightweight yet secure French balcony solution. All aluminium components are powder-coated for long-lasting durability, while the system uses no visible external fastening elements, preserving a clean and minimalistic façade appearance.

All aluminium components are finished with durable RAL powder coating, ensuring excellent weather resistance, colour retention, and seamless integration with the building’s exterior.

  • Standard height: depends on national regulations; minimum 1.0 m above walking surface

  • Profile dimensions: handrail / frame profile 25×37 mm

  • Glass position: mounted behind aluminium profiles

  • Aluminium profiles: EN-AW 6063-T66

  • Fasteners (wood): hardened stainless EVO screws, C4 corrosion class

  • Fasteners (aluminium + wood): Ruspert-coated screws, corrosion class C3

  • Glass: laminated/laminated+tempered safety glass (EN 14449)

  • Aluminium profiles: powder-coated (RAL colour selection)

  • Handrail corner caps: powder-coated, colour-matched

  • Fasteners: uncoated (for serviceability)

  • Option to be mounted onto aluminium–wood window frames or solid wood window frames.

    Fastener options:

    • Aluminium + wood: HBS PLATE EVO 5×80 mm (5 pcs per side)

    • Wood only: HBS PLATE EVO 5×70 mm (5 pcs per side)

    Requirements: the substrate must meet the required structural load capacity.

Complies with: EN 1991-1-1, EN 1999-1-1, EN 1990

  • Post bending resistance: Rd = 2.5 kNm

  • Maximum line load (handrail height): Qk = 1.0 kN/m

  • Maximum point load: Qk = 1.0 kN (NS 3510)

  • Pendulum impact test: 2(B)2 (EN 12600:2002) – suitable for fall protection
