The BICYCLE RACK 03/04 is a double‑tier stationary bicycle rack with 4 parking spaces, designed for efficient and organized parking in commercial and residential environments. The system is fixed to the ground with chemical anchors and provides secure support for multiple bikes while optimizing use of available floor space.
The rack accommodates bicycles with 20–29 inch wheels and tyre widths up to 54 mm, with a maximum load of 30 kg per parking space. All structural parts are hot‑dip galvanized according to ISO 1461 and combined with C3‑class coated fasteners for durable corrosion protection in typical outdoor conditions. The system is top‑fixed to concrete or asphalt using specified anchors and is designed and manufactured in accordance with EN standards.
The rack is designed for installation on concrete or asphalt substrates using a top‑fix anchoring system. Minimum concrete class is C12/15 according to EVS‑EN 206, and minimum asphalt specification follows EN 13108‑1. Recommended anchoring includes HUS4‑HF 10 × 130 concrete screw anchors for concrete and 10 × 140 wood screws with CorrSeal CE coating for asphalt/wood substrates
