- custom-made products based on customer-specific requirements (e.g. via configurators or drawings), and
- standard products available through its online store.

These Terms apply to both:
- business customers (B2B), and
- consumers (B2C)
Where the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws may apply in addition to these Terms.
A business customer is any legal entity or individual acting in the course of business activity.
5. Contract Formation
A binding agreement is formed when:
- the customer has accepted an offer, and
- Innore has confirmed the order and/or received payment
Any changes to the agreement must be confirmed in writing.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for:
- providing correct measurements
- verifying all dimensions before approval
- ensuring suitability for the intended use
Innore is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact final product.
Availability information on the website is non-binding and may differ from actual stock or production capacity.
8. Legal Framework
Legal relations between Innore and the customer are governed by:
- the specific agreement between the parties
- these Terms
- applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia
9. Limitation of Liability
Innore shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of profit or business
- project delays or penalties
Innore’s total liability is limited to the value of the supplied products.
10. No Design Responsibility
Innore does not assume responsibility for design, engineering, or structural calculations unless explicitly agreed in writing.
11. Intellectual Property
All drawings, designs, and technical solutions provided by Innore remain the property of Innore unless otherwise agreed.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information obtained during cooperation.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in Estonian courts.
15. Final Provisions
Innore reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The version valid at the time of agreement shall apply.
